New Meditation Series

This is a 5-day series, where I will be guiding you through the long term effects of meditation.
 
Here is what you can expect from this series:

  • We go through episodes where we feel our life is falling apart. I guide you through the reason for this.
  • Moving into, and understanding the power of our heart.
  • Looking at our life at a macro versus a micro perspective.
  • Feeling a call to service.
  • Connecting to Oneness; the formless energy.

 
Please note: The concepts I guide in this series do not necessarily happen in this order. They can happen randomly, and at repeated times during our long term path of meditation.
 
We will begin with 16 minutes of meditation on Day 1. We will add one minute per day, until we are meditating for 20 minutes on Day 5.
