Road to Abundance

 Hello Newsletter Family!  What if I told you the road to abundance is attained through gratitude? Could it be that simple??  YES!!  Imagine this… You have a friend in your life that you love giving gifts to. With enthusiasm, you find the perfect gift and look forward for the opportunity to hand it to your friend. It’s what he/she had been asking for so you are elated to gift them.  With joy in your heart, you hand the gift over to your friend. He/she takes it and walks off. You see your friend using the gift you had given but they don’t seem too satisfied. They seem to want more.  So you buy more… But each time you give your friend a gift, you are returned the same neutral sentiment – basically no sentiment.  After a while, how does that make you feel?  Would you feel inclined to continue giving?  The answer may be NO.  Well Life is the same way! If we do not make a connection with Life, thank Life for the gifts we have been given, we will not receive more.  The law is simple: What we focus on expands. If we focus on all the good and blessings we have, we will continue to receive more. If we focus on the lack in our lives, we will continue to live in a state of lack.  It truly is this simple.  So in honor of gratitude – the most profound tool and sentiment for abundance, we are releasing a free 10-day guided meditation course on gratitude.  Here’s what you can expect: We will begin day 1 with 11 minutes of gratitude meditation. We will add 1 minute per day until we reach 20 minutes of meditation by day 10. Each day we will meditate on one aspect of your life We will begin with aspects of your life that are external – such as the city you live in and your job. As we move further into the course, we will meditate on aspects of your life that are more internal. On day 10 of the course, we will meditate 20 minutes on YOU. This will be a feel-good course.  You will take the time to really sit with aspects of your life you may have taken for granted before.  I Repeat: What you focus on expands. When you focus on the good in your life, the good will continue to expand. Life will give you more reasons to feel and good and to be grateful.  It is this simple.  The course will be released on November 6th.  I will announce the link to the course in an upcoming newsletter. Well Life is the same way! If we do not make a connection with Life, thank Life for the gifts we have been given, we will not receive more.

What we focus on expands.
If we focus on all the good and blessings we have, we will continue to receive more.
If we focus on the lack in our lives, we will continue to live in a state of lack.

It truly is this simple.
