New Meditation Series

 Hello Newsletter Family!  We have a new meditation series releasing soon. It is called  Opening the Heart Center . And there is so much content within this topic that we have broken it down into  two series .  The first series,  Opening the Heart Center Part 1,  will be released on May 15th on Podcast. I do not have a release date yet for Insight Timer. They generally take about 5-10 days from the day we submit the series, to releasing the series.  Once Insight Timer has released this new series, I will make the announcement on social media.  Here is what you can expect from  Part 1  of this new meditation series:  Love versus fear  Releasing resistance  Moving from the mind to the heart  Compassion  Self love  This is a ten day series. We will begin with 11 minutes of meditation on Day 1. We will add one minute each day, until we are meditating for 20 minutes by Day 10.  And we will move  deeper  into the heart center with  Part 2  of this series.   Part 2  is set to be released about one month after the release of  Part 1 .
