New Meditation Series

 Hello Newsletter Family!  We have a new meditation series coming out soon.  Outline of this new series:  It will be a fifteen day series, similar to 20/20, in that it will be a journey through your internal world. With this series, we will uncover different aspects of your internal world.  We will begin with 11 minutes of meditation on Day 1 and add a minute each day, until we are meditating for 25 minutes on Day 15.  This series will unleash the gift you have within. This gift could be aligned with your personality, your career, or it could be aligned with volunteering..   Each of us have a unique imprint, something that we are meant to share with the world.    And this series will walk you step by step through unleashing that part of yourself.  Days 1 through 5 We will understand the depth of  Acceptance  and learn why it is important to move forward in life. Everything happens to us for a reason. No experience goes unwasted. We will uncover these truths in the first five days.  Days 6 through 10 We will understand the depth of what it means to  Believe , and how to  Believe . The number one killer of dreams is doubt and fear, and they are mind-made. We will learn how to move past doubt and fear.  Days 11 through 15 We will learn to  Surrender  and flow with the highest good in our life. When we get out of the way and allow Life to take over, we begin to live a life beyond our wildest dreams. Life cannot step in if we do not learn to  Surrender  to it.  I’m so excited to share this journey with you! I will announce the release date on social media.  This series is in the final stages of editing. And once we submit it to Insight Timer, we do not know when they will release it. Our previous series have taken 5-10 days to be released.  For those of you who do our meditations on Podcast, look out for this new series by February 10th.
