How to Gauge Your Emotions for Positive Manifestation

In this week’s video, I talk to you about positive manifestation, and specifically about the emotions we need for positive manifestation. I’ve done videos in the past explaining that in order to create a positive life, it’s a mixture of our thoughts plus our feelings we need to become aware of.

Our thoughts and feelings are the formula for creation or mis-creation. So in this newsletter, I want to dive deeper into emotions.

The power of our next moment – the power of our life – is in our hands.

If you feel your life is not going in a direction you want, take a look inside. Observe your thoughts and your feelings. And recognize whether you’re thinking negatively and feeling really down and low – or if you’re thinking positively and feeling really good.

Our emotions play a really big part in our creation. The universe responds to what we’re thinking and how we’re feeling.

In the book “Ask and It is Given” by Esther and Jerry Hicks, there is an emotional guidance scale I’d like to refer to, for this newsletter. For those of you who have this book, its on p.114. I will also outline the emotional guidance scale for you here:

1. Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation
2. Passion
3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
4. Positive Expectation/Positive Belief
5. Optimism
6. Hopefulness
7. Contentment
8. Boredom
9. Pessimism
10. Frustration/Irritation/Impatience
11. “Overwhelment”
12. Disappointment
13. Doubt
14. Worry
15. Blame
16. Discouragement
17. Anger
18. Revenge
19. Hatred/Rage
20. Jealousy
21. Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness
22. Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness

For positive creation, your emotions need to range between numbers 1 through 7 out of the 22.

At the very bottom of the list (number 22) are the emotions you do not want to feel. They are the emotions for mis-creation, for creating a negative life.

If you’re feeling any of the emotions lower on the list, you want to gently raise your vibrations. And know that its not realistic to go from grief to passion. But you can go from grief to anger. Grief is number 22, at the bottom of the list. Anger is number 17.

It’s realistic to work on raising your vibrations/emotions little by little, until you get yourself to: hopefulness, optimism, positive expectation and belief, which are in the top 7.

When we have positive thoughts and we’re functioning on those emotions (numbers 1-7), is when we get in the flow of this life. Circumstances happen that are in our highest good. We’ll attract situations and people that will be in our highest good.

That is when we’re positively creating our life.
