FREE Guided 20 Day Meditation Course

I’m excited to share with you a project I’ve been working on… The release of 20 day guided meditation audio recordings – for FREE! This course is a guided course. It is for beginners as well as seasoned meditators.

The audio recordings will be released via Podcast on September 10th.

We have also created a Facebook group for like-minded people to come together in the spirit of meditation. This is a forum for support, questions/answers and any upcoming information we can share.

The name of this group is: 20/20 Meditate for Peace Movement

It is in response to the current turmoil of our world. However, by no means is this a movement a protest. Quite the contrary, it is an internal movement.

This is what I mean:

If you think you cannot make a difference in our vast world, think again.

On a deep subconscious level, we exchange energy with everyone in our life – both strangers and familiar people. Without realizing it, you have the capability of lifting someone up, merely through the energy you possess.

We are simple, us human beings, for we function on one of two emotions: fear or love.

Right now on our planet, the energy of fear has gone viral.

And on the vibrational scale of energies, fear is at the lowest. So the collective consciousness of our planet has gone viral with fear. Carrying this kind of vibrational frequency becomes very destructive, both in our own lives and collectively in the lives of everyone around us.

But this chaos can be turned around.

We can reverse the fear into love again.

We live in a cause and effect universe. At the deepest level, cause is in our mind. How we are feeling, what we are thinking, is how we will perceive the world around us.

How does one make such a change for the better at the deepest level, moving from fear to love? By going within where the love of each human being resides.

How does one tap into this internal place? Through meditation.

The breath becomes the portal into our Being. Within the Being of each of us resides our love, compassion, peace and intuition. These are innate traits within each person. The chatter of the mind blocks this sacred place within us.

In order to make a difference on our planet, you have to first make a difference within yourself. Remember, we live in a cause and effect universe.

With this said, the world needs you. Every single person that taps into his/her peace and love has the ability to make a profound difference on the lives all of those around them.

We have created the 20/20 Meditate for Peace Movement just for this purpose.

Twenty days of guided meditation will lead you to your peace and love. It is this simple and this profound.

If you have never meditated and have no idea what to expect of this world, do not worry. This course is designed for beginners as well as seasoned meditators.

Day one we will begin with one minute of guided meditation and add on a minute for each following day, until we reach twenty minutes of meditation on day twenty.

By the end of twenty days, you will have 20/20 clarity and vision – first and foremost for your own life. You will have made a connection with the peace and love that resides within you. And this level of Being will resonate onto the lives of those whom you come into contact with.

Peace and love are the highest vibrational frequencies we can feel and emit. When we are in this state, people and circumstance show up in our life that will be to our highest good. Decisions we make will come from a place intuition and clarity versus indecision and chaos.
