Why Meditation Leads to Peace on the Planet

The topic of this newsletter is very important. And it is one that I will be revisiting in the weeks and months to come.

And if you’re a non-meditator, I want to inspire you to try meditation.

The planet needs you to be on this powerful journey.

I talk extensively in the video about how meditation leads to peace, and ultimately to peace on the planet, but in the text portion of this newsletter, I’ll simply outline a few key points for you.
 

  • Everything in this life has an energy field.

  • Fear, rage and violence have an energy field that is low on the spectrum of energy.

  • Peace, love and compassion have an energy field that is high on the spectrum of energy.

  • When we meditate, we are releasing negative energy and aligning to positive energy. Why is this so? Because the natural energy field for our thoughts consist of low vibrations. The simple action of releasing our thoughts and connecting to our breath releases this negative energy from us, both on a conscious and subconscious level.

  • Our simple, yet powerful breath can function as the bridge to positive energy within (peace, love, compassion). This is something that unfolds naturally, through a consistent practice of meditation.

  • We begin to slowly feel better.

  • When we feel better, we do not engage in low (energy) level conversations and news channels, simply because they don’t feel good.

  • On the flip side, we engage in high (energy) conversations and actions around us.

  • When we maintain our high vibrations (energy), we have the potential to create positive change, either within our household or our community.
